FULLPOCKETS / YOUR ACCOUNT & RIGHTS
Refunds and Cancellation
Effective date:
This policy covers FullPockets monthly (€7.99) and annual (€59.90) subscriptions, including applicable taxes, purchased through Stripe Managed Payments when paid subscriptions open. Checkout is currently available only for testing; no real subscription payment is collected in test mode.
Who handles your purchase
Stripe, through Link, acts as merchant of record for Managed Payments purchases. Your checkout and receipt identify the selling entity and applicable purchase terms. Pilnos kišenės, MB provides FullPockets and answers product questions at info@fullpockets.app.
Cancel future renewals
Open Subscription & billing and choose Manage billing & subscription to open Stripe’s customer portal. You can also use the subscription-management or support link on your receipt. Cancel before the seven-day trial ends to avoid the first charge, or before the next billing date to stop the next monthly or annual renewal. Full access continues until the current trial or paid period ends, then the account becomes read-only.
Cancellation alone does not refund an earlier payment. A refund alone does not cancel future renewals. If you want both, request a refund and cancel the renewal. The annual plan is paid upfront; ordinary cancellation does not automatically produce a pro-rata refund for unused months. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
Request a refund
Use the support link on your receipt or Link’s refund support for “Sold through Link” purchases. You can also email us with your purchase email, order or invoice reference, and reason for the request; we will help route it to the correct purchase-support channel. Do not send card numbers or security codes.
Link’s published policy allows requests for qualifying problems, such as non-delivery, a materially misdescribed or defective product, or an unauthorised or duplicate payment, within 60 days of the completed transaction. Eligibility is assessed by Stripe/Link; this is not an unconditional 60-day money-back guarantee. Change of mind or an unused subscription alone does not qualify under that policy, but statutory cooling-off and other consumer rights can still apply. See the linked policy for details.
Statutory withdrawal rights
If you are an EU/EEA consumer, you generally have 14 days from concluding an online service contract to withdraw without giving a reason. The seven-day free trial does not replace this period. Send a clear withdrawal statement before the deadline using the purchase-support details on your receipt; you may also email us for assistance. The optional notice below can be used, but is not required.
Where the law allows a charge for service already supplied during that period, this requires your express request to start early and the required information about the charge. Starting a trial or using the app does not, by itself, waive statutory withdrawal rights. Any applicable exception requires the conditions and consent required by law. Where a statutory withdrawal refund is due, it must be made within the applicable legal deadline, generally 14 days after notice, using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed without fees. Bank processing may take additional time.
Optional withdrawal notice
Send to the seller identified on your receipt using its support details, or to Pilnos kišenės, MB, Linkmenų g. 42-61, LT-08217 Vilnius, Lithuania, info@fullpockets.app, for assistance forwarding your request.
I give notice that I withdraw from my contract for the FullPockets subscription.

Access after refunds or disputes
Successful refunds covering the full current paid invoice make the account read-only. Partial or unsuccessful refunds do not themselves change access. An unresolved or lost payment dispute on a FullPockets subscription payment pauses editing. Once that dispute ends with payment retained, or an inquiry closes without a chargeback, access can return if the subscription remains current and paid and there is no full-refund restriction. Existing portfolios remain visible and billing stays accessible. These rules do not restrict your right to dispute a payment or claim a legal remedy.
Complaints and faulty services
Your rights concerning defective or misdescribed services are not limited by a trial, cancellation, or the provider’s discretionary refund window. Contact us at the email above for product complaints. We respond to consumer complaints in writing within 14 days, without charge. If a dispute with us remains unresolved, you can contact VVTAT or the competent consumer authority in your country. Purchase-related complaints can also be raised with Stripe/Link through your receipt.
